Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Portsmouth team. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their life insurance needs, providing tailored quotes, and arranging policies over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to highlight the importance of life insurance and the benefits of our products.
• Conduct fact-finding to provide accurate quotes and arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process.
• Demonstrate our core values, including integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a passion for sales.
• Experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
