Sales Associate – Reading

RJ Talent Connect Limited is a dynamic sales and marketing organization based in Slough, dedicated to developing talent and delivering quality customers for top UK brands.

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding team as Sales Associates. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers through face-to-face marketing, contributing to our clients' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Participate in direct, face-to-face marketing activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
• No prior experience required; backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administration are advantageous.
• Commitment to work at least 4 full days a week, Monday to Saturday.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK (Tier 2 skilled work or Tier 4 student visas not accepted; dependent visas are welcome).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
