Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our growth and development strategies. In this role, you will enhance our brand presence, forge strong customer relationships, and drive business expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Define and maintain the company's CRM model and matrix.
  • Ensure existing customer needs are met while acquiring new clients.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the deal-making process.

• Facilities Management Strategy:

  • Develop strategic service offerings and sector development plans.
  • Maintain commercial viability across FM contracts.

• Growth and Brand Development:

  • Create and execute growth strategies and detailed business plans.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and credibility.

• Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and manage sales, bid, and marketing teams.
  • Evaluate and align resources for optimal performance.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Oversee P&L and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and transparent CRM reporting.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated executive-level experience in a large facilities management organization.
• Strong commercial and strategic leadership abilities.
• Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
