Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant – Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive sales across our IAM practice, focusing on advisory, assurance, managed services, and system implementation. This position offers a competitive package up to £100,000, including benefits and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts within the IAM practice, managing proposals and RFP responses for projects up to £500k and above.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk, and OneIdentity.
• Network within the industry, attending conferences and events to promote our services.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and senior consulting team to strategize and execute sales plans.
• Occasionally participate in other aspects of IAM consulting as opportunities arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IAM sales, with a proven track record in managing proposals and RFP responses.
• Established relationships with IAM solution providers such as SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk, and OneIdentity.
• Strong networking skills, with experience attending and engaging in industry events.
• Experience in project estimation is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
