National Sales Manager – Fire and Security


We are a leading provider of fire and security maintenance services, committed to delivering exceptional solutions to national and multi-site clients across the UK.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing and managing national accounts within the fire and security sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling fire alarm or electronic security maintenance contracts, particularly to national or multi-site clients such as retail chains, hotels, or other large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure national and multi-site maintenance contracts in the fire and security industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling fire alarm or electronic security maintenance contracts, with a minimum annual sales achievement of £750k.
  • Demonstrated success in securing national or multi-site contracts within the fire and security sector.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, including BAFE, NACOSS, SSAIB, or FIA.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE exceeding £100,000.
  • Monthly car allowance of £750.
