Security Sales Account Manager

Siamo Recruitment is collaborating with a leading property security solutions provider seeking a dynamic Security Sales Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead and expand our client's consumer base, propelling the sales function to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Participate in and attend client meetings, handling all communications professionally.
• Manage new work instructions from clients using the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Allocate tasks to contractors and oversee them to completion.
• Work independently, proactively monitoring and prioritizing workload.
• Address maintenance or repair issues in collaboration with other departments.
• Handle complaints following agreed escalation processes.
• Manage accounting procedures, including invoice approvals and liaising with Accounts/Credit Control regarding unpaid invoices.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector is essential.
• Strong sales and commercial awareness, acting as a commercial ambassador for quality security solutions.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive base salary of £29,500 - £32,000, depending on experience.
