Role Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive with excellent communication and sales skills. As a persuasive 'people-person,' you will engage with a diverse range of customers, aiming to elevate your business development potential. This self-employed role offers uncapped earning potential, with all appointments and pre-qualified leads provided by our head office, along with comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Followleads, visiting customers in their homes or utilizing our remote selling framework.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert quotes into sales.
• Educate customers about our products and services, cross-selling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with customers to meet their unique requirements, ensuring first-time accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility regarding varied workloads and working hours.
• Ability to consistently provide high levels of customer service.
• Experience in Home Improvements or a similar field is advantageous.
• Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your own car.
