Elevator Modernisation Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a Modernisation Sales Executive to price, quote, and sell lift modernisation projects, aiming to meet agreed financial targets within Manchester and the North of the UK. This position is ideal for a Lift Engineer aspiring to transition into sales or a Sales professional with experience in the lift industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Surveys & Safety Compliance:

  • Obtain internal safety accreditation to conduct site surveys for modernisation and full replacements safely.

• Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients, lift consultants, on-portfolio clients via local branch operations, and key accounts.
  • Convert these opportunities into orders and manage the process through internal booking to handover to operations.

• Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new customers through proactive networking and a robust customer visit plan.

• Sales Strategy & Management:

  • Plan and execute sales activities and strategies via CRM to achieve set annual financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Technical experience in the lift industry.
• Proven sales track record in modernisation, major repairs, or new equipment.
• Proactive attitude, charisma, and excellent listening skills.
• EOR202N certification (safe access into a lift shaft training) is advantageous.
