Role Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll engage in outbound B2C sales, reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest online. Your primary focus will be selling life insurance and related protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the importance of life insurance and the benefits of our offerings.
• Conduct fact-finding discussions, provide tailored quotes, and arrange policies over the phone, adhering to our established sales process.
• Uphold and exemplify our core values, including integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a passion for sales.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
