Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader to drive growth within our SME-focused, Microsoft-centric MSP. As the Head of Sales, you will lead from the front, building trusted relationships with new and existing clients in regulated industries. This player-manager role is integral to our growth journey, encompassing sales leadership and team development. You will be part of the senior management team, shaping the company's strategic direction with a focus on delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales efforts and effective team leadership.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence within target markets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, positioning our technical expertise to create mutual value.
    • Broaden our footprint across key verticals by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the senior management team to influence the business’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in SME MSP sales, particularly with organizations ranging from 20 to 150 users.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance sales teams, including securing new clients, establishing commission plans, and driving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
  • Strong judgment and commercial acumen in complex sales scenarios.
