Rates Sales Associate

SilverTide is a leading fintech firm specializing in buy-side brokerage services. Our industry-leading software provides portfolio managers with differentiated trade ideation, optimization, and execution services. We currently cover interest rate derivatives for major hedge funds across New York, London, Dubai, and Geneva.

Position Overview: We are seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals with a keen interest in the derivatives market to join our team as Rates Sales Associates. This role offers daily exposure to hedge fund portfolio managers and the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with institutional investors to promote and sell interest rate derivative products.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trade execution and ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay informed about market trends and macroeconomic factors influencing the derivatives market.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Fixed Income Sales for institutional investors is essential.

• Proven performance in previous roles, with references to support achievements.

• Strong understanding of markets and macroeconomics is beneficial.

• Roles in e-system sales, prime brokerage, business management, or similar are not aligned with this position.
