Showroom Sales Associate

Role Overview: We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to become an integral part of our sales team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right products, provide detailed product information, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our product range and services, working closely with the showroom manager and a supportive team dedicated to helping you achieve your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, offering expert advice and guidance on domestic appliances to meet their needs.

• Sales Achievement:

  • Drive sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range to effectively assist customers and answer any inquiries.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the showroom manager and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the store's success.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days of work per week, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a face-to-face retail environment is essential.

• Experience in selling electrical goods, white goods, or domestic appliances is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong numeracy skills.
