Our new London experience centre, the KEF Music Gallery, offers a unique luxury experiential retail environment where customers can immerse themselves in the world of premium audio.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at the KEF Music Gallery. In this pivotal role, you will act as the ultimate host, ensuring exceptional service standards for every customer interaction. You will be instrumental in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of our luxury experiential retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Build rapport with clients through in-store activations and exceptional service, cultivating a VIP network.
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences by recommending products based on customers’ preferences and needs.
  • Achieve sales targets while upholding high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Store Operations & Presentation:

  • Assist with and adhere to in-store brand guidelines and display requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards for overall store presentation.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including deputizing in their absence.

• Training & Development:

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to advise customers and address queries.
  • Train and educate colleagues and business partners in customer relations and sales excellence.

• Event Coordination & Strategy:

  • Interpret trends to facilitate future in-store activities and events with a brand-led, commercially focused approach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate and suggest in-store events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sales within consumer electronics, homeware, fashion, watches, perfume, or related sectors.
• Enthusiastic knowledge of audio products is highly desirable.
• Experience in client relations and proficiency in using CRM systems to securely capture and store information.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales figures and maximize profits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive working attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial vision with the ability to bring creative initiatives resulting in real commercial outcomes.
