Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Survey Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers and securing new business. This role involves delivering sales presentations at a senior management level and participating in depot/customer trade days to promote our product offerings. You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and their teams to proactively promote survey equipment hire opportunities within their existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Drive hire revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities with existing customers and acquiring new business.
Client Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations to major account customers at senior management levels.
Promotion: Participate in depot and customer trade days to showcase and promote our survey and safety equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams to integrate survey equipment hire into their service offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Significant experience in an area sales role within the Survey & Safety or Hire industry is preferred; however, candidates from other sales backgrounds will be considered.
Track Record: Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Effective negotiator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure and prioritizing workload.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Licenses: Valid Driving Licence (Essential).
