Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business for our serviced apartments. Your mission is to identify and secure new clients across various segments, including Serviced Apartment Agents, Business Travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Leisure, and Groups. Through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing, you will aim to increase revenue and occupancy for our apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities within all relevant segments to boost apartment occupancy and revenue.
Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum of eight sales calls or viewings per week to showcase our apartments and services.
Project Implementation: Execute projects assigned by management aimed at business development and client acquisition.
Database Management: Maintain and update sales and marketing databases using the company CRM tool, MARS, in line with company guidelines.
Networking: Leverage existing networks and the Meliá Hotels International database to meet potential clients and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within hotels or serviced apartments.
Proactive approach with a proven track record in client outreach and business development.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
