We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our London team as Junior Recruitment Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Building: Develop sustainable client relationships through proactive outreach and networking.

• Candidate Sourcing: Actively source potential candidates using social media, headhunting, databases, various career platforms, and networking.

• Recruitment Process Management: Engage, qualify, pre-select, and guide candidates throughout the entire application process.

• Sales and Marketing Activities: Promote job postings and participate in additional sales and marketing initiatives.

Your Profile:
