Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to manage daily operations at our Ashmere Sales Hub in Ebbsfleet. This role involves guiding customers through their home-buying journey, overseeing the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring successful sales across multiple sites within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities, following up on inquiries to maximize business prospects across all sites within the sales hub.
  • Conduct virtual tours of sites and house plots, providing clear and informative presentations to customers.
  • Implement innovative strategies to achieve sales targets across various sites.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure optimal sales outcomes for the business.
  • Effectively manage and schedule customer appointments, ensuring they are conducted professionally.
  • Travel to various sites within the sales hub to meet with customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to handle complaints and challenging situations professionally.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using multiple communication channels.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative abilities.
  • Interest in property and the housing market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility regarding duties and working hours.
  • Willingness to travel to various sales sites and regional offices.
  • Valid driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
